A Pilates-, barre-, and strength-training-inspired class taught on the Reformer-X. The Reformer-X is a machine that uses spring-loaded resistance to challenge the body through slow, alignment-focused and purposeful movement. The springs are designed to dynamically challenge the body and to provide different levels of resistance in each posture that can be modified to suit your specific needs. Our 45-min Studio Reformer-X class will take you through a series of movements set to music for a comprehensive full-body workout using the spring resistance, your body weight and light weights.
